Pain Control
This CD will teach you pain control using self-hypnosis. You may have experienced
pain control before and may have missed its significance. Often people whose
thoughts are directed to an urgent matter, they loose the realization of
pain sensation and once the urgent matter has been attended to, the pain
returns. As you think back now, you may realize that the pain or discomfort
seemed to have lost some of its importance or it may have seemed to improve.
This CD will teach you to first relax then guide you through two experiences
you have had before, maybe without realizing it. I am going to teach you
how to line up these two experiences into a program of behavior that will
directly target the chemistry by which your brain registers pain. You are
about to learn how to enter into that control position by making use of the
way the mind reacts to pain, and pain reacts to the mind.
You will be in control of yourself at all times, you will never be without
your discretion, accepting and rejecting whatever you are not comfortable
with. This is a guided relaxation and is subjective, you can choose to go
where my voice directs you or not.
I have chosen the eye fixation method to teach you this skill.
This technique takes practice. Listen to this cd as often as you like, the
more you listen the more you practice the better you will become at reaching
this level of relaxation. We want you to practice until you are able to achieve
the same results on you own without the assistance of the cd and make it
apart of your life.
